Visual and Analytical Experimentation: 

Taking inspiration from scholars who use digital tools to “experiment” with archival and textual data, the experimental maps represent the different ways I examined and visualized the archival data using digital mapping.1  The experimental maps also include the guiding questions and  frameworks, both of which can be used as starting point for future digital scholarship on SNCC, the Freedom Summer, and social protest in the 1960s.
